You know how sometimes you start coding and lose track of time, and then suddenly discover
it's the middle of the afternoon and you're a little dizzy from not eating?
When one of
my compatriots uttered this question this afternoon, I could only nod in sympathy. I've done
the same thing all too often myself.
But I was good about eating today. I had a reasonable amount of food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. So why is it -- despite eating plenty today, and despite the fact that I took little exercises beyond the usual couple miles of walking -- I'm still feeling hungry-dizzy again now? Drat. I'm going to have to eat something before I'll be able to sleep. Maybe I still have some apples or bananas at home.
