Gung Hay Fat Choy!

Goodbye, Year of the Monkey; hello, Year of the Rooster!

According to Winnie, the Chinese word for rooster is gai, the same as the word for chicken. This makes me wonder: would it be translated to Spanish as Año de Gallo or Año de Gallina or Año de Pollo?
